ABOUT ME
I'm a UX Content Designer and content strategist with 18 years of experience helping organizations make information easier to find, understand, and navigate.
My background spans content strategy, information architecture, UX writing, and corporate communications. I've led enterprise intranet migrations, built scalable content systems, defined information architecture for complex digital platforms, and created communication programs that keep employees informed and engaged.
Much of my career has been spent in highly regulated financial environments where clarity matters. I enjoy solving structural problems, organizing complex information, and creating content experiences that work for both users and the business.
I hold a BSBA in Business Management from Old Dominion University and have partnered with stakeholders across product, legal, finance, HR, and executive leadership throughout my career.
At my core, I'm someone who can't stop redesigning things in my head. Whether it's a website, a process, or the way information is organized, I'm always thinking about how it could work better.
I'm based in Richmond, VA and open to full-time opportunities where content structure, clarity, and scale matter.
